A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a globally recognised and standardised method for measuring the environmental impact of products – from raw materials and production through to disposal or recycling. We use Life Cycle Assessments to guide individual product innovations and track our progress, ensuring our efforts align with our Science Based Targets. What is carbon footprint?

It measures the total greenhouse gas emissions caused by a person, company or product.

Similarly, the carbon footprint of a TENA product is the total greenhouse gas emissions it produces throughout its life cycle.
